Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-calendar-day period from the delivery of your lamp to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.

2. Product Condition

For a return to be accepted, your Luffy lamp must be:

  • In its original box: Acrylic protectors and the base must be in their factory packaging.

  • No signs of use: The acrylic must not have scratches, permanent fingerprints, or show signs of internal tampering.

  • Complete: It must include the USB cable and/or remote control (if applicable).

3. Shipping and Logistics Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Non-Refundable: The original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will be for the value of the product only.

4. Items Damaged During Transit (Crucial for LEDs)

If your lamp arrives broken or the LED does not turn on due to shipping issues, you have 48 hours from receipt of the package to report it.

Requirement: You must send photos of the damaged packaging and a video of the lamp malfunctioning to [Your Support Email]. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Sale Items

Purchases made during special promotions or using clearance discount codes are considered final sales and are not eligible for return.
