1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email notification including your tracking number.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Due to high demand for our collectible products, our current delivery times are:

3. Order Tracking
Once the package is shipped, we will provide you with a Tracking Number. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package. If you notice no movement for more than 10 days, please contact us at [Your Support Email].
4. Delivery Address and Customer Data

Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete.

Liability: Glow Nakama is not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Reshipping: In the event that a package is returned to the origin due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it at the post office, the customer must pay the cost for a new shipment.
