1. General Information

This website is operated by Glow Nakama. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site.

2. Accuracy of Information (Anime Products)

We strive to display the colors and details of our Luffy LED lamps as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will display the exact colors.

Design Note: As these products are inspired by anime characters, minor variations in the acrylic are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing and Modifications

Prices for our lamps are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We shall not be liable to you for any modification or price change.

4. Shipping and Transport Damage

Reporting Period: Upon receiving your order, you have a maximum of 48 calendar hours to report any physical damage or technical malfunction (e.g., the lamp does not turn on).
Mandatory Evidence: To process any claim for shipping damage, the user must provide a clear video showing the unboxing and the product failure. Without this video, Glow Nakama cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the courier service.

5. Proper Product Use

Glow Nakama is not responsible for damage caused by improper use.

Important: Our lamps include a protective film for transport. The user must remove it for the correct use of the product. Reported scratches that turn out to be on the protective film will not be subject to exchange or refund.
Power Source: It is recommended to test the product with different USB cables and wall adapters before reporting a technical failure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Glow Nakama be liable for any injury, loss, or direct/indirect claim arising from the use of our products. We do not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Third-Party Links

Our store may use third-party services for payment processing or logistics. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites.
